Before accepting an order
Ask the seller to explain its cancellation and return terms before you accept an order. You can decline the proposed order during the confirmation call.
After an order is confirmed
Contact the seller using the details provided during the call. Keep your order reference and proof of purchase. For an incorrect or damaged product, follow the seller instructions before sending anything back. The site publisher address is not a return address.
